Implications from John (the Gospel, that is)

john_piper

It doesn’t matter what denomination you belong to.  I doesn’t matter what religion or non-religion you claim for yourself.  John Piper’s sermon from last week sums up the message of Scripture in one of the best ways I’ve heard for some time.

I pray that everyone donates a half-hour of their time to watch this sermon and really think about the implications it has for their life.  I also pray that we all get back into the Word… the entire Word.  You’ll know what I mean after you watch.

nuke, just jumped onto your blog and wondered how you are feeling. I am sure you get lots of advice on medical stuff (at least we did when our 16 year old son had cancer) but we have been really blessed by Mayo Clinic. Don’t know if you have tried them yet or maybe you are better…but for us, God really used them. Sorry if that is too forward, but you will get over it!!!
